Partial services or full service

Each project begins with a conversation and, most often, with a visit to the place. The studio can then work on only part of the project: a feasibility study, for example before buying a plot of land or a building, to assess its potential, its regulatory constraints and a budget for the works; one or more sketch designs, with 3D views; a building permit (permis de construire) application.

The full architectural service supports the client from the studies through to completion, in seven phases: sketch design, outline design, detailed design, technical design, tender documents, supervision of the works and assistance with handover. The fee arrangements are set out on the fees page.

Collective projects, all over France

Since 2024, the studio has worked almost exclusively on collective projects: participatory housing (cohousing), eco-communities, third places. For these groups, part of the studies is carried out on site, in the nomadic architect format. It also designs houses, extensions and renovations. Each project presented details the brief, the client and the service commissioned.
