Ferme de Wolphus, from guest house to shared housing
Client advisory service (assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage) to transform a business of guest rooms, gîtes and apartments into a place of shared housing, at Zouafques. 2018 study.
01 — The brief
This family property in Zouafques was gradually restored by its owners over thirty years. It hosted a business of guest rooms, gîtes and apartments.
02 — The response
Atelier 108 took part in several projects on the estate, including the creation of two lofts and alterations with a view to creating shared housing. As the owners wished to sell, the studio supported them in dividing the estate into three lots and producing the presentation documents.
03 — In short
Client advisory assignment (assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage), study carried out in 2018. The estate was put up for sale on the Oasis de Colibris website.
