Client: a group of residents. The project: the complete renovation of a former silk mill in Faverolles, in the Marne, to create an eco-community there.
02 — The response
The feasibility study covered the rehabilitation of 2,300 m² of buildings into ten homes and communal areas, with a survey of the existing situation and an overall vision with a view to a collective purchase.
03 — In short
For lack of funding, the project cannot go ahead for the time being.
« Nous nous sommes fait accompagner par Camille pour notre projet de réhabilitation complète d’un ancien moulinage en un habitat participatif et un tiers lieu. J’ai tout de suite été agréablement surpris par la façon de travailler de Camille, notamment son écoute et son approche singulière qui nous a permis de nous re-questionner. En effet, nous avions passé beaucoup de temps à imaginer ce que le lieu pourrait être mais pas suffisamment à écouter nos "ressentis". Cela nous a permis de mettre en avant les projections qui résonnent le plus en nous. Je pense que son expérience dans la vie d’un écolieu est un véritable atout. Il nous a délivré un superbe travail mais, malheureusement, par manque de financement le projet ne peut pas actuellement se faire. Je recommande néanmoins vivement sa venue »
